Woman dies in serious collision south of Calgary

CALGARY – RCMP are investigating a crash that killed a woman Sunday night.

Just before 7:30 p.m., a Toyota Corolla was heading westbound on Dunbow Road when it collided with a GMC pickup truck at the Highway 2A intersection.

The woman, who was driving the car, died at the scene.

Two men in the truck were taken to hospital, one in serious but stable condition, the other with minor injuries.

Alcohol is not considered a factor in the collision.
