Snowbirds to return to Prince Albert skies

PRINCE ALBERT, Sask. – The Canadian Forces Snowbirds aerobatic team and the CF-18 demonstration team are scheduled to be at the Prince Albert, Sask. air show this summer. The Prairie Heritage Airshow is back from July 14 to 16 after a one-year absence.

Organizers hope over 10,000 people will attend AirFair 2015. More than 5,000 people showed up for the last air show in 2013.

The Moose Jaw-based Snowbirds will be marking their first flight over Prince Albert in over three decades.

The aerobatic team travels North America with nine Canadair CT-114 Tutor jets, sharing their passion for flight and skills inherent in the women and men of the Royal Canadian Air Force and the Canadian Forces.
