WINNIPEG – Winnipeggers are singing the winter weather blues – literally.

Global Winnipeg weather specialist Mike Koncan got some help from blues legend Big Dave McLean with a heartfelt singing forecast.

McLean, a Winnipeg music staple who’s jammed with everyone from Muddy Waters to Colin James, was a guest co-host on Global Winnipeg’s Morning News Wednesday.
