VANCOUVER – More schools are closed in B.C. on Tuesday due to the snow and winter weather.
School will be closed in the:
- Central Okanagan, (SD 23)
- Kamloops / Thompson (SD 73)
- North Okanagan-Shuswap (SD 83)
- Vernon (SD 22)
- Okanagan College – Salmon Arm and Revelstoke Centre will be closed today. Kelowna campus, Penno and Acland Road facilities will be closed until noon today.
- Hope – Fraser Cascade School District (78). Schools are open in Agassiz, Boston Bar and Harrison.
- Williams Lake (SD 27)
- 100 Mile House (SD 27)

- Quesnel (SD 28)
- Vanderhoof (SD 91)
A snow day was in effect for many communities across the province on Monday after heavy snowfall made driving and even walking dangerous for students.
