CALGARY – The Calgary Police Service is asking for the public’s help finding a man wanted for a sexual assault in Brentwood last week.
On December 26, a woman was leaving the Brentwood LRT station when she noticed a man walking behind her.
He grabbed the woman from behind, dragged her to a nearby alley and pushed her to the ground, hitting her in the head.
She screamed loudly, fought back and eventually got away.
26-year-old Andrew Holloway is now wanted on charges of sexual assault, common assault and uttering threats.
He is described as 6′ tall with a heavy build. He was wearing a dark-coloured jacket, a hoodie pulled over his head and dark pants.
Police say Holloway could be in either the Morley or Calgary areas.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 403-266-1234 or Crime Stoppers.
