TORONTO — A Bond girl and the granddaughter of Elvis Presley are heading to Toronto this winter to work on separate projects.

Olga Kurylenko, who played Camille Montes in 2008’s Quantum of Solace, is starring in the independent feature Little Mizz Innocent.

The Ukrainian-born actress also appeared on screen with former James Bond star Pierce Brosnan in The November Man and in movies like Oblivion with Tom Cruise and the forthcoming historical drama The Water Diviner starring Russell Crowe.

The thriller will be directed by Marc Forby (2009’s Princess Kaiulani) from a script by Canadian musician Gino McKoy.

McKoy’s parents, former RBC executives Hudson McKoy and Lynda McKoy, are producing the film.

Also scheduled to shoot in Toronto this winter is The Girlfriend Experience, a 13-episode series for U.S. cable channel Starz.

Riley Keough, the 25-year-old daughter of singer Lisa Marie Presley, will star in the show based on Steven Soderbergh’s 2009 film.

Soderbergh is one of the executive producers of the series, which follows upscale escorts who provide the titular service. It will be directed by Lodge Kerrigan and Amy Seimetz.

Keough had a small role in Magic Mike and will be seen in the forthcoming Mad Max: Fury Road.

Already filming in Toronto are the third seasons of Beauty and the Beast, Hannibal and Hemlock Grove; season two of Reign and The Strain; and the first season of The Expanse. A new season of Defiance starts production in February.

Sources told Global News that NBC might shoot its Heroes Reborn series in Toronto early in the new year.
