A Vancouver youth outreach society is scrambling after their van was stolen and totaled.
They got an insurance payout from ICBC, but unfortunately it’s not enough to replace the vehicle.

The Shining Stars Youth Society has been handing out food from their van for over 10 years.
Last month, the van was stolen from a church parking lot in Vancouver. It was found downtown, and is a complete write-off.
