KELOWNA– Mia and Tobin Woodworth are champions of Disney XD’s outdoor reality series.
The brother and sister team from Kelowna battled it out with three other teams from across Canada in a series of outdoor challenges to claim the Grizzly Cup.
The reality series, broadcast on the Disney XD channel, was shot this past summer in Muskoka Woods, Ontario.
Teams competed in running, climbing, building, cooking and white water rafting challenges.
In the end, the Woodworth’s came up with the best time.
They had to keep their victory secret for several weeks, despite some pleading from friends.
The Grizzly Cup finale aired Tuesday night.
Mia and Tobin had family and friends around them as their names were announced.
They say the experience was one of the most exciting of their lives.
