HALIFAX – A pedestrian faces charges of public intoxication after being struck by a vehicle in Dartmouth.
Police say the incident happened at 8:45 on Thursday when a 30-year old man ran out into the intersection of Frances Street and Victoria Road.
He was not in a marked crosswalk when he was hit by a vehicle.
Police say the 45-year female driver did not have enough time to stop for the man.
