Crews were then dispatched from No. 2 hall, arriving seven minutes after the call first came in to find a bungalow fully involved.

An aggressive exterior attack was started to prevent the fire from spreading to an adjoining home.

The blaze was brought under control in 43 minutes.

The owner of the rental property told firefighters there was no reason to believe anyone was inside which was confirmed by a search.
