MONTREAL – They may be known as some of Canada’s favourite freestyle skiers and Olympic champions, but did you know these fun facts about the Dufour-Lapointe sisters?
1. No surprise here, but Chloé‘s favourite season is winter!
“Even in the summer we go looking for winter,” she told Global News.
For Chloé, it’s all about skiing and the festive Christmas spirit.
2. Justine, on the otherhand, loves fall.
“For fashion!” she said.
“It’s the best time of year.”
The girls have visited the Global Morning News more than once to talk about their love of fashion.
3. The sisters say that one day, they would love to create their own clothing line.

“We’d love to take all our inspiration and take it to the next step – designing,” said Maxime.
“We love travelling,” added Justine.
“To see the different fashion around the world and bring those ideas back.”
4. Maxime doesn’t just make waves on the slopes – she also loves surfing!
On her days off, Maxime can be found reading, sleeping or relaxing on the beach.
5. The girls love food!
Maxime’s go-to comfort food is steak, while she admits her guilty pleasure is chocolate.
On a lazy Sunday, Justine can be found planning an elaborate brunch with her family or snacking on popcorn.
Chloé loves nothing more than the comfort of her mother’s homemade soup.
The Dufour-Lapointe sisters will be heading off to Finland in December for the 2014 World Cup.
