The theft occurred on Nov. 4 when the suspect entered a drug store on Lonsdale Ave. and allegedly stole a poppy box off the counter. About 20 minutes later the same man entered a nearby gas station and stole the poppy box off that counter as he paid for gas and other items.

The suspect is scheduled to appear in a North Vancouver court on Dec. 10.
