REGINA – Tired of the unwanted attention that comes with sharing a name with a Middle East jihadist group, a Regina salon owner is looking to rebrand.

“I couldn’t believe someone would refer to a beauty salon and spa as an ISIS terrorist group,” Pawson said at the time.

Despite ongoing support from clients and community partners Pawson says the issue has turned into a “huge controversy.”

Pawson is now looking for help coming up with a new name for her salon – suggestions can be emailed to namechangechallenge@gmail.com.
