WINNIPEG –Winnipegger Kenneth Green is wanted for second-degree murder in the death of Ryan Sinclair on Sunday in Powerview-Pine Falls, Man.
RCMP warn that Green, 29, is considered dangerous and advise people not to approach him. Instead, call Powerview RCMP at 204-367-8728 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-8477 with information.

Sinclair, 31, a Powerview resident, was found dead outside a home in the community at about 9 a.m. Sunday.

Police haven’t released a cause of death.
Green is about five-foot-nine, 170 pounds and has tattoos on his neck. Police believe he’s in Winnipeg.
Green has been charged with second-degree murder, RCMP said.
