Confederation Mall changes owners

SASKATOON – A Toronto-based company has acquired a 70 per cent interest in Saskatoon’s Confederation Mall.

Bayfield Realty Advisors announced the $33.6-million acquisition on Monday.

The company plans to complete the remainder of the mall’s redevelopment program at a cost of $6-million.

Renovations will include a newly expanded food court, storefronts, entrances and improvements to the building’s exterior.

Bayfield Realty Advisors owns 14 commercial properties across Canada.
