Police still searching for missing Calgary woman two years later

CALGARY- It has been nearly two years since 31-year-old Lisa Michelle Mitchell was last seen at her southeast home.

Mitchell has been missing since October 29, 2012 when her family became concerned after not hearing from her.

On January 31, 2013 Calgary police issued a plea to the public looking for information about her disappearance.

Despite numerous tips and sightings, Mitchell has not been found.

Police are concerned because she suffers from a medical condition and may not be getting medication she needs.

She’s described as 5’8”, 130 lbs, with straight shoulder length hair that has been dyed blonde. Mitchell has a tattoo of a large flaming phoenix on her upper left arm and she wears glasses.

Anyone with information about Mitchell’s disappearance is asked to contact RCMP, CPS or Crime Stoppers.
