Neighbour waited for RCMP to arrive at house of woman found four days after getting shot

METRO VANCOUVER — The neighbour who called police after Mission resident Lisa Cheryl Dudley was shot last September says he waited between 10 and 20 minutes outside his Greenwood Drive home to talk to investigators who never came.
