People are calling a Texas man’s Ebola-themed Halloween decorations “amazingly tone deaf” and “ridiculous.”

The World Health Organization reported Saturday that the number of patients infected with the Ebola virus worldwide had topped 10,000. Nearly half of them have died.
The man described himself as “a happy-go-lucky guy.”
