Officers found 83-year-old Robert Foster dead, but foul play isn’t suspected.

Const. Donald Caisse says investigators learned that someone broke into Foster’s home after he was dead but before the body was found.

Caisse says liquor and cigars were stolen at least twice.

One adult and three youths are charged with break and enter and theft.
