TORONTO – Coun. Michelle Berardinetti beat out eight other candidates in Ward 35, Scarborough Southwest and was re-elected with 63 per cent of the vote.
Berardinetti was first elected to council in the 2010 election, beating former councillor Adrian Heaps with 50 per cent of the vote. Berardinetti ran against Heaps in the 2006 election, finishing just 89 votes behind.
