LA RONGE, Sask. – Drug charges are pending for four people after a traffic stop south of La Ronge, Sask. on Tuesday.
Around 5:30 a.m., officers stopped a vehicle on Highway 2 and found six ounces of a substance believed to be cocaine.
The street value is estimated between $15,000 to $20,000, according to RCMP.
Two men and two women were taken into custody but have not been formally charged at this time. Their names have not been released.
They are expected to appear in provincial court on Thursday.
La Ronge is approximately 345 kilometres north of Saskatoon.
