The collection includes Franklin’s takes on the Etta James classic “At Last,’ Barbra Streisand’s “People,” and “Nothing Compares 2 U” by Sinéad O’Connor.

There are also versions of popular songs by Gladys Knight and the Pips, Gloria Gaynor, Alicia Keys, Chaka Khan, Dinah Washington, and The Supremes.

The album was co-produced by Clive Davis — with whom Franklin collaborated on 1998’s A Rose is Still a Rose — as well as Babyface and André 3000.
