Police investigating three separate deaths in southeast Calgary

CALGARY – Police are investigating after three bodies were discovered in the city’s southeast on Tuesday.

The first was found inside a vehicle at a truck stop in Inglewood.

Police were called to the 1800 block of 9th Avenue S.E. around 11:30 a.m.

Officers found the man’s body in a white car, and suggest it may have been there for a couple of weeks.

Hours later, police were called to the 4900 block of Barlow Trail S.E. after a passerby spotted a man unresponsive in his car.

When officers arrived, they determined the man was dead.

Shortly afterward, police were called to the area of Peigan Trail and Barlow Trail S.E. after the body of a third man was found in the dirt near several storage tents used by Carmacks.

There’s no indication that any of the three deaths are related.
