WINNIPEG – A woman was sexually assaulted at Barber and Prince Edward streets early Sunday morning.
A 25-year-old woman was walking on Euclid Street at around 5:30 a.m. when a man on a bike started talking to her, police said.

The man allegedly grabbed the woman and sexually assaulted her, then fled on his bike.
The woman was taken to hospital in stable condition.
Police describe the suspect as 30 to 40 years old, about 5-foot-6 with a medium build and black wavy hair.
They continue to investigate the incident.
