LA CRETE, Alta. – Someone in northern Alberta has been monkeying around.
Mounties say a giant inflatable gorilla was stolen overnight a couple of weeks ago from a car dealership in La Crete.

Investigators have identified a suspect but are still asking people with information to come forward.
RCMP say the mascot is worth $2,700.
The isolated hamlet is about 700 kilometres north of Edmonton.
