SASKATOON – Police are investigating a disturbance at Saskatoon Provincial Correctional Centre Friday evening which led to the arrest of three Saskatchewan inmates.
Shortly after 8 p.m., officers were called to the jail where inmates were causing damage and lighting fires.
Two men from Onion Lake, ages 26 and 22, along with a 26-year-old man from Nipawin are all being charged with offences such as mischief causing damage and arson.
All three will appear before a Justice of the Peace on Saturday.
No injuries were reported.
