At the time the tentative deal was announced, the university called it a “key element” in reaching the deal.

In an executive summary published by the USFA, faculty will receive a raise of 7.25 per cent over three years with additional overlap increments for assistant and associate professors.

The deal has yet to be approved by the university’s board of governors, which is expected to happen in October.
