KELOWNA–At least one person has been killed in a head on crash on Highway 97 north of the Kelowna Airport.

It happened just before 8:30 a.m. on Saturday morning.
A pick-up truck and a car crashed head-on, after one of the vehicles crossed the centre lane.
The pick-up truck burst into flames.
The crash has tied up traffic in both directions on Highway 97.
