Police release surveillance video in Front Street attack

WATCH: Police are looking for witnesses and information related to a violent assault that left two young men in hospital earlier this year. Peter Kim reports

TORONTO – Toronto police have released surveillance video of a random attack and are seeking the public’s help to track down the suspects.

Graeme Halliday and his friends were on their way home from a bar at around 3 a.m. on March 30 when they got into a fight with another group of men over a hot dog.

Police say the men began kicking and punching the young men causing serious injuries.

The suspects then fled in various directions.

The men are described as having olive skin and in their early 20’s.

One of them was wearing a white shirt and white pants, with a distinctive “faux-hawk” hair style.

He was also driving what is believed to be a white, four-door 2004-2008 Mercedes CLS.
