DEUX-MONTAGNES – The Sûreté du Québec has been asked by local police in Deux-Montagnes to investigate what they are calling a suspicious death.
The body of a man was discovered around 2 a.m. Thursday morning in an apartment on 18th avenue.
Police arrived on the scene to find him lying down, unmoving with marks of violence on his body.
The 46-year-old man was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police have not released his name but say they are treating the death as suspicious.
SQ officers are on the scene to figure out what happened.
