Reports of shots fired in Vernon

Vernon RCMP with air support are in the midst of an incident this hour, apparently centered on the Green Valley Motel by Polson Park.

Not much is being said but a police spokesman says their initial call was a shots fired complaint.

Gord Molendyk says they’re looking for three suspects in the area of the park and have the police helicopter over the area and a canine officer on the site as well.
