Second person charged in Cold Lake murder

EDMONTON – A second man has been charged in connection with the murder of Cold Lake resident Dennis Cardinal.

Gary George Green, 23, has been charged with accessory after fact to murder and indignity to a body.

Police say Cardinal, 44, was murdered between December 30, 2010 and January 5, 2011.

Tyler Arsenault was charged in July for the murder and indignity to the body of Cardinal.

Green was taken in to custody and will appear in St. Paul Provincial Court July 14 to answer to the charges.
