CALGARY – Work is expected to resume Tuesday on the Calf Robe Bridge.
Sunday morning, rafters reported seeing pieces of debris fall from the bridge into the Bow River.
Provincial investigators were brought in to inspect the construction site. They have no come up with a number of conditions to get work re-started.

Crews must removed concrete pieces during jack-hammering, plywood guards must be re-fitted, protecting a crack where materials could drop through, and netting will also be added.
A worker will also be stationed under the bridge, stopping path users from crossing beneath.
The province says it’s still not clear how the debris fell on Sunday.
