A high seas rescue saved eight people on a boat in the Hawaiian islands – and the whole incident was caught on camera.
The 21-foot vessel was traveling to Molokai from Oahu Sunday afternoon when the boat began to take on water in rough seas.

As the boat was going down, one of its crew untied three kayaks which were tied to the vessels, and the passengers jumped into the water.
One of the passengers on the boat was wearing a GoPro camera and caught the whole incident on video.
Once off the sinking boat, they quickly called 911 and a coast guard helicopter arrived within minutes to pull the eight from the water.
All eight were wearing life jackets and fortunately no one was hurt.
