Snowbirds roar into Kelowna today

KELOWNA — The Snowbirds are set to put on a show over Kelowna.

The 2014 Rotary Show starts at 5 p.m. in front of Waterfront Park and it’s free.

Today’s show promises to be dramatic as the aerobatics team attempts some brand new stunts.

Some of the best places to catch the show are Kerry Park or Waterfront Park.

Boaters are being asked to stay outside the marked buoys on Okanagan Lake and vehicular traffic will be restricted on Knox Mountain between 3-6 p.m.

It was two years ago when the Snowbirds last appeared in Kelowna.
