The Powell Street overpass in Vancouver has now been completed and is ready for use.
Powell Street between Clark Drive and Hawks Avenue closed in June 2013 to construct the overpass.

The $50 million project still requires some minor finishing work such as landscaping and trolley wire installation, which will be ongoing until fall.
Aside from the new overpass there are also dedicated cycling lanes and improved sidewalks.
