TORONTO — The acclaimed series Fargo is coming back — but will it be coming back to Alberta?
U.S. cable network FX announced Monday it has renewed Fargo for a second season that will premiere in the fall of 2015.

Set in a different time period, the sophomore 10-episode season will have a new cast of characters.
Producers have not said if they will once again film the series in Alberta. Season one was shot last winter in Calgary, Strathmore and High River.
Fargo, an adaptation of the 1996 movie, scored a leading 18 nominations at the Primetime Emmy Awards, including nods for stars Billy Bob Thornton and Martin Freeman.
