Man seriously injured in crash near North Battleford

NORTH BATTLEFORD, Sask. – One person was airlifted to a Saskatoon hospital after a crash on Highway 4 near North Battleford, Sask. Friday morning.

RCMP say a crash happened between a car and a semi about eight kilometres north of the city.

A man was transported by STARS to Saskatoon with serious injuries. There is no word on any other injuries.

The highway was closed for several hours while Mounties carried out their investigation.
