Hit and run in Eastern Townships leaves one man dead

SAINT-MALO – A man is dead after a hit-and-run in Saint-Malo in the Eastern Townships early Tuesday morning.

According to the Sûreté du Québec, the victim was found lying on the pavement next to Highway 253 around 4 a.m.

Investigators have found a vehicle that they think may have been involved in the incident, but the SQ has yet to make any arrests.
