LAKE OSWEGO, Ore. – The wife of actor Daniel Baldwin has been sentenced to 10 days in jail for violating her probation on a drunken driving charge by drinking.
Joanne Baldwin told the judge in the Portland suburb of Lake Oswego on Wednesday that she’s had a “rough time” and is “quite broken.”

The 41-year-former model promised to attend Alcoholics Anonymous meetings after she’s released. She has been in jail a week.
Municipal Court Judge Bruce Shepley ordered her to wear an alcohol-monitoring device until he decides she no longer needs it.
Daniel Baldwin has filed for divorce and has a restraining order against her, saying she punched and threatened him with a knife in front of their two children.
He did not attend the hearing.
