REGINA – Saskatchewan Premier Brad Wall says his government is not responsible for the economic growth the province is experiencing, but is responsible for ensuring that it works for all communities.
Wall made the comment to about 2,100 people who turned out Thursday for his annual premier’s dinner in Regina.

He says while recent employment stats show some jobs have been cut in the Saskatchewan’s natural resources sector, they’ve been made up in the areas of manufacturing, trade and innovation.
The premier also says recent announcements from some high-profile government members that they will not be seeking re-election offer a chance to put a new face on the Saskatchewan Party prior to the next election.
He says a cabinet realignment is coming soon, a door-knocking blitz to garner support is underway and the party is getting ready to nominate candidates.
Saskatchewan voters will go to the polls again in 2016.
