Man dies following stabbing attack in Brampton

TORONTO – A Brampton man has died of his injuries after a stabbing attack overnight.

Peel police’s SWAT team was dispatched to a town house on Sky Valley Drive just after 1 a.m.

A male victim was found injured and taken to hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.

He has been identified as 43-year-old Rupie Budhu.

Police say the male was in an altercation with several other men when he was stabbed.

Police are hunting for suspects and are asking the public for information.
