CALGARY- A movement promoting kindness is underway in Calgary, in memory of the five students killed during a party in Brentwood.
Kaiti Perras, Josh Hunter, Lawrence Hong, Jordan Segura and Zackariah Rathwell died on April 15, sending shockwaves through not only the post-secondary community, but the entire city.
To pay tribute to them, Calgarians were asked to do ‘5 Little Acts of Love’ on Friday—including things as simple as holding a door open for someone or smiling at a stranger.
Social media users were also encouraging people to take part.
