A man charged with attempted murder is scheduled to appear in court in Surrey today.

Richard is known to police or previous domestic violence incidents.
There was a restraining order against him in effect at the time of the incident.
The 44-year old was apprehended near Fernie on Thursday.
He is facing 13 different charges, including three counts of attempted murder, and charges of arson, break and enter, assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily hard and breach of recognizance.
