CTV Regina’s Anchor Manfred Joehnck is stepping down

CTV Regina has announced that Manfred Joehnck will be stepping down from his position as anchor of the CTV newscast in Regina.

The announcement came from News Director, Carl Worth, on the 6 o’clock news.

During the announcement, Worth said that he hope that Manfred’s decision to step away from the spotlight will help him deal with whatever he needs to deal with.

Joehnck was charged with impaired driving following an incident on May 12th after a motorcycle was rear ended.

He is scheduled to appear in provincial court next Tuesday.
