<p>GANDER, N.L. – Police in Newfoundland are hoping autopsy results will reveal why a man from Belgium fell ill aboard a passenger aircraft and later died after the jet was diverted to Gander.</p> <p>The RCMP say the 53-year-old was aboard a Jet Airways flight heading to Brussels from Newark, N.J., on Saturday, when he reported feeling sick.</p> <p>Police say the man was alive when he was taken from the plane in central Newfoundland.</p> <p>However, he was pronounced dead at the James Paton Memorial Health Centre a short time later.</p> <p>(VOCM)</p>
