A Lake Country man is being investigated for impaired driving after his vehicle ended up in a creek Wednesday night.
Police were called to the intersection of Edwards Road and Adams Road around 10:45 pm after a pick-up truck struck a utility pole, went down an embankment and landed in Mill Creek.
The vehicle sustained significant damage and was towed from the scene.
The 43-year-old man sustained injuries and was transported to hospital.
He also showed signs of alcohol impairment and may be facing recommended charges of impaired driving and over .08.
