WATCH: Kathy Smart talks about gluten free recipes
Tuesday is National Pancake Day.
Just because you are gluten free or eating healthier that doesn’t mean than you have to miss out on National Pancake Day on Tuesday, March 4, 2014.
Traditional pancakes are made with white flour and spike your blood sugar and leave you feeling bloated and lethargic.
This pancake recipe is gluten free, high in protein and will be the only pancake recipe you ever need. After trying it, you will feel energized and craving more. It’s designed by me and taste-tested by my nieces.
Don’t just trust me- try it!
