Accused appear in Saskatoon court after city’s second murder

SASKATOON – Two men briefly appeared in provincial court on Monday morning after Saskatoon’s second murder of 2014.

Nathan Joseph, 27, is charged with second-degree murder and two counts of aggravated assault.

Also, 24-year-old Estevan Fuenzalida is charged with accessory after the fact to second-degree murder and two counts of accessory after the fact to aggravated assault.

Both men will appear next in court on Thursday morning.

On Saturday, police were called to the 2400-block of 22nd Street West around midnight where three injured men were found.

One of the victims, 29-year-old Dustin Boulet, died as a result of his injuries.
