NFL mascots to hit the slopes in Lake Louise

CALGARY- Some cuddly creatures will be hitting the slopes, in a battle pitting mascot against mascot.

On Saturday, some of the NFL’s critters will try and make it down the slalom course at Lake Louise Ski Resort—in one piece.

Last year’s race saw Atlanta’s Freddy Falcon win the championship, and this time around he’s facing competition from Seattle’s ‘Blitz’ and Denver’s ‘Thunder.’ Mascots from Houston, Philadelphia and Chicago will also be among those participating.
